Chicken in Coriander Leave sauce

Ingredients:
–     Chicken – 800 gm
–     One small bowl of fresh coriander leaves without stems(Stems have a vigorous 
      flavour, so it is safe to go with the leaves).
–     3 medium sized onions
–     2 cloves of garlic
–     1 tsp of garam masala powder
–     1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
–     1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
–     1 1/2 tsp vinegar
–     3 tsp of vegetable oil
–     1 quarter wedge of lemon

Preparation:
–     Blend the coriander leaves and the onion together in a mixer grinder and keep this
      mixture aside
–     Marinade the chicken with vinegar, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder
      and keep aside for 30 mins
Steps
–     Heat some oil in a pan
–     Pour the coriander-onion mix onto  the oil and keep on stirring it till the sweetness of
      the onion goes away
–     Pour the chicken and follow it with the coriander powder
–     Stir it until oil separates from the mixture
–     Add salt according to taste
–     Cook until the chicken becomes tender
–     Add the garam masala powder in the end and mix it up
Serve hot.
