Ingredients:

– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 tsp of garam masala powder
– 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
– 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
– 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
– 3 tsp of vegetable oil
– 1 quarter wedge of lemon

Preparation:
– Blend the coriander leaves and the onion together in a mixer grinder and keep this
mixture aside
– Marinade the chicken with vinegar, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder

– Heat some oil in a pan
