Horses Grazing on the little amount of green – A Personal Favourite from Zuluk. We were travelling from Kupup lake to Zuluk, when a GREF(BRO) truck appeared from nowhere in the opposite direction and blocked the way. Now, hill rules say, you need to back off to provide passage for the other vehicle. We were backing off and the amount of snow dumped on the roads ensured that our vehicle was skidding through, when I suddenly noticed the horses. As I looked into the view finder it made a dream shot. 3 hills captured on the frame with horses in the fore ground.
A Wandering Yak. The Yaks are owned by the local population and are left to graze in the sun. They have bells tied to their neck which serve as a source of identification to the owner.
